SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. During launches, new releases and other busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.
Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
NEW ZEALAND
We ship throughout New Zealand.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
Auckland: 1–2 business days
Rest of New Zealand: 2–4 business days
Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to worldwide from New Zealand.
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes or import charges. Where applicable, these are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be confident in your SOVA gear.
If you change your mind or need a different size, you may return an eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or used for training cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind or sizing returns are the responsibility of the customer.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If we’ve sent you the wrong item, or you believe your product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll work with you to put it right.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
